How to add and remove administrators

Administrators are able to add and remove administrators from their Polco profile. 

Navigate to “Settings” on the left navigation bar.

Click “Add Admin” to add administrators to your profile. 

The number of admins included in each plan is as follows: 

  • Free - 1 admin

  • Basic - up to 3 admins

  • Premium & Performance - up to 10 admins

  • Contact us for additional admin seat pricing 

When you add an admin, they’ll receive an email to set up their password and access their account. 

You can also remove admins that you no longer want to have access to the account.

Can any admin added, add other admins? Or can only the initial admin who was added by Polco staff add other admins?

@Laurie Urban any admin added to the profile then has the ability to add other admins in the same way, as long as they are still within the admin limit on their plan. :)
