It’s not common to change the visibility settings on a survey after it has closed; however, customers are still able to edit this by putting /share at the end of any closed survey and change survey access to “only people with the link”.

If Polco finds this to be a common trend among administrators, we can have our Product team add a button, so clients don’t have to do the /share trick.
