Hi @Kimberly Humphrey - thanks so much for this question! Here’s how to convert a Polco survey link into a QR code. 

Copy the URL for your survey (here’s how) into any QR code maker, like this one. Then you can share the QR code with your respondents and it will send them to the survey link.
